Everything on this site, the guides, the charge pages, the city pages, the glossary, the FAQ. Describes how the process generally works. Bail is decided case by case by a judge or magistrate who weighs facts we do not know. Bail ranges quoted here are illustrations, not quotes, and no page on this site can tell you what a specific bond will cost.

Texas law changes. Penalty thresholds move, carry rules change, and local practice varies between courts. We review these pages and date them, but a page that was accurate when written may not be accurate when you read it. Anything that matters to a real case should be confirmed with us by phone, with the court, or with an attorney.

We cannot give legal advice about a charge, a plea, or a defense, and we will tell you so on the phone rather than guess. Submitting the contact form or calling us does not by itself create a bail bond agreement. A bond exists only when a cosigner has signed our paperwork, the premium arrangement is agreed, and we have accepted the risk in writing.

You may read, print and share these pages for your own use. You may not copy the content to republish it commercially, scrape it in bulk, or use it to train a system that reproduces it. The text, layout and logo are ours.

Do not use the contact form to send anything unlawful, to impersonate someone else, or to submit another person's details where you have no legitimate reason to do so. We may refuse service, and we may decline any bond, at our discretion and without explanation. There are cases a licensed bondsman cannot or will not write.

We link to county and city agencies, courts, and statutes because you should be able to check what we tell you against the source. Those sites are not ours, we do not control what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement.

We aim to keep this site up and accurate. We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or current. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, this site is provided as-is, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it. Our office answers the phone 24 hours a day, and the phone is always the more reliable channel in an emergency.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute arising from them belongs in the state courts of Denton County, Texas. Our conduct as a bail bond surety is regulated under Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1704 and by the Denton County Bail Bond Board.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
